The Moorpark Apricot is a fast growing tree that is self pollinating. However, if you want a larger crop, plant more two or more trees within 25 feet of each other. These apricots are good for eating fresh, for canning or made into freeze-dryed snacks. This easy to grow apricot produces fruit that is high in vitamin A and C as well as high levels of heart healthy antioxidants.
